Herbal Tea Blending Workshop with Eucerin

On the 7th October, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Eucerin to host a herbal tea blending workshop in celebration of their Dermopure Clinical range.

Our intention was to bring this innovative line for acne-prone skin to life in a way that connected both science and self-care, highlighting how what we put on our skin is only part of the story. The event explored the intricate relationship between stress, sleep, hormones, and the skin, and how daily rituals can support balance on every level.

As a facialist, I see time and again how our skin mirrors our internal state. Breakouts often appear during times of hormonal change or high stress, and lack of rest can quickly dull the complexion. During the workshop, we discussed how internal wellbeing directly impacts skin health, and why combining dermatological innovation with mindful rituals can create lasting change.

Guests were invited to create their own personalised herbal tea blends, designed to support both their skin and overall wellbeing. Ingredients like nettle, chamomile, and rose were chosen for their soothing, purifying, and balancing properties, each one carefully linked to skin function and emotional health.

The Eucerin Dermopure Clinical range brings decades of research into acne-prone and reactive skin. By pairing this scientific expertise with rituals that nurture the nervous system and support internal balance, we wanted to show how holistic skincare can be both evidence-based and deeply personal.

Alongside the teas, I blended essential oil rollerballs for the attendees to take home. A gorgeous blend of rosemary, peppermint and eucalyptus was an uplifting touch to the event.
